About
Marcus Clawson is a CA Bay Area creator of things. He works digitally with iPad and Procreate and traditionally with ink with brush pen, watercolor, acrylic paint, and color pencil. He has completed several projects such as comic books, web comics, editorial cartoons, children’s books, a coloring book, and table top games. His most recent project is the picture book
“Super Scary!” which is being prepped for release in 2026. He has also done several freelance illustrations of mascots and logos for local companies and organizations.
In his spare time, Marcus enjoys table top gaming and reading graphic novels. He is also kept busy by his super supportive and enthusiastic wife, author Geneva Clawson; his 3 children, James, Charlie and Elly; their gargoyle gecko, and four cats.
Marcus leads a busy life and aims to share inspiration and motivation
through themes and concepts in his work. He strives to not only advance
in his own artistic career but to elevate other artists as well.
